Tonite I am at a yarn shop sleepover.  No, I am not that behind on my paperwork, I am here with ten and eleven year old girls.  My daughter has invited a couple of her friends to come to the shoppe, play games, eat snacks, listen to radio disney and try on the samples.

This is a little different crowd than we had at the Knit In this past friday.  Those girls stayed until almost 5:00 in the morning, hopefully these will be asleep by midnight!

Is the girl on the left your daughter? I can’t believe she is getting so old! My oldest grandson is 13. They are just so much fun at this age! What great models!
I have enjoyed looking at the entire site and it is such a tribute to Aunt Sarah!

Yes, the one on the left is my daughter, Sophie. We like to refer to her as “shop girl”, she is 10 years old.

Hi I just discovered your web site, actually from Febbie Maccomber, i owned a bookstore for 25 years, but due to serious health issues had to sell. Made some beautiful friends, i am sure you understand that. i am in michigan, but question have you heard of the crayon box jacket or sweater, everyone is talking about. ? is it really hard to do? i hear you use up your yarn. any advice i would surely appreciate. thanks Joan
